General

The services of this webstore (https://www.hygieniapassit.info/en, hereinafter: Online Service) are sold by Youlearn it oy (hereinafter: the Company), Business ID: 2508555-7.

Our services can be purchased by of-age individuals or companies in Finland and within the EU area. The prices displayed on the website include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices.

Ordering

Products can only be ordered online at https://www.hygieniapassit.info/en. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the user, specifying the price of the order, delivery costs, and the products ordered. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing an email address at the time of ordering. With each order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions in effect at that time. The services purchased by the user are made available in electronic format once the user has paid for the ordered product and logged into the online service.

You will receive an order confirmation via email, which includes:

• Order number
• Receipt of payment
• Information regarding the ordered electronic services

Through the user account on our website, you can review the content of your order and download the receipt/invoice again.

Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. Delivery Time

Ordered products are activated immediately after a successful payment transaction for the user account used to make the order. Activation may sometimes take several minutes due to technical reasons.
The digital services on this site are available from the moment of ordering until their period of use expires. The consumer chooses the appropriate period of use at the time of ordering. If the consumer wishes to continue using the service after the period of use has ended, a new order must be placed.

Technical Requirements for Digital Services

Using the online service requires a functional internet connection and an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). The service is accessible via computer, tablet, and smartphone. The Company publishes updates related to security and functionality automatically without separate notice. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or within the service. The service content does not require the installation of separate software or applications.

Right of Return and Cancellation

Consumer customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days if the delivery/use of the service has not been started.

By confirming the order and agreeing to the terms, you give your express consent to begin the service and confirm your understanding that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the service has been accessed.

The right to use the service begins, and the right of withdrawal ends, when the user starts using the content after giving express consent.
We will refund the amount paid by the user if the order was made by mistake and the user has not yet accessed the paid sections of the site.

The owner of the Web Service has the right to cancel the transaction at any time, in which case the user will be notified by email and the paid funds will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Form

If the right of withdrawal is valid, you can use the website's contact form OR the "Cancel order" -button available on the site when you are logged in. (log in using the user account which has active order)
You can cancel the order by going to "Manage orders" from the home page (or selecting your user name from the top right corner and pressing Settings) . Then select "Cancel".
At the bottom of the following page, you will find the "Cancel order" button, which you can press to cancel your order.
If the product has been used, the "Cancel order" function may no longer be available. 

Liability for Defects and Complaints

The Company is responsible for defects in digital services in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. If a defect occurs in the service, please contact us via email (Info (at) youlearn.fi). The Company primarily has the right to rectify the defect or provide new material. If the defect is not corrected within a reasonable time, the consumer has the right to a price reduction or termination of the agreement in accordance with Chapter 5a of the Consumer Protection Act.

Dispute Resolution

Finnish law applies to the use of the service and the interpretation of the terms of use. If a dispute regarding the sales agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may contact Consumer Advisory services (www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-advice/). The consumer can also take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Additionally, consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
